Getting to the Munich Center for Geoastronomy

The Munich Center for Geoastronomy is located within the LMU's Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Theresienstr. 41 C - in the same building as the Museum Mineralogia. (Google maps link). This is within the Maxvorstadt district, and less than 2 kms from the Munich Main Train Station (Hauptbahnof)
After entering the Museum Mineralogia, walk left past the exhibits. Cross the glass doors and take the elevator on the left or stairs to the 3rd floor. (3 OG). The Seminar Room C307, as well as the Center's office is located here.

Getting to the University Observatory (USM)

The University Observatory or Universitäts-Sternwarte München (USM) is located at Scheinerstraße 1 (Google maps link). This is within the Bogenhausen district on the east side of the river Isar.
The entrance is located at the corner of Galileiplatz. Walk ca. 100 m inside and up a short flight of steps on the left into the main building.
